Customer Success Officer

We are looking for detail-oriented individuals with excellent customer service skills to join our vibrant Sales team as a Customer Success Officer. You will be responsible for handling our users enquiries, comments and feedback posted on various communication channels, and engaging our users in an interactive manner.

Responsibilities

  • Handle concierge chat and email enquiries
  • Review testimonial and reviews in a professional manner so as to resolve issues and improve customers satisfaction
  • Resolve complaints and negative comments effectively in a timely manner
  • Build rapport with app users through WhatsApp chat and other communication channels
  • Handle Users Activity and to increase enquiries for transactional services
  • Handle feedbacks and comments posted on various communication channels
  • Ensure users satisfaction

Requirements

  • Tech savvy and proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive and friendly personality
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, and able to maintain composure under stress
  • Independent and able to work with limited supervision, but a great team player
