Hi, my car was involved in a hit and run while parked at the Kovan Hougang Market and Food Center carpark on Sat 4 July 2020 around 12:20pm. I managed to get a video footage from a nearby car who has a car cam. However I would like to appeal for more witnesses.

Motorcycle hit my car from the back. Got out to settle it and then the other party said he wanted to settle privately (told me to talk to his uncle) but I said no and that I wanted to settle it by the insurance company. Immediately he changed his story and said if settle by insurance then he want ambulance since he’s not feeling too well. Idk - am I supposed to make a police report cause I feel like he saying that he’s injured if claiming insurance and that he’s not injured if this is settled privately. What should I do?

Just got into a minor accident whereby a motorcycle infront of me made a sudden jam brake at a green Traffic light. I hit the back of his bike/box which damages my front coverset, side mirror and the handlebar feels abit weird now. After the hit , i fell to the left but manage to hold myself up BUT i hit the car next to me which scratches his door. Bike ran away but car stayed. Am i still liable for the car damage eventhough its not my fault? Also car has a build in camera
