Just got into a minor accident whereby a motorcycle infront of me made a sudden jam brake at a green Traffic light. I hit the back of his bike/box which damages my front coverset, side mirror and the handlebar feels abit weird now. After the hit , i fell to the left but manage to hold myself up BUT i hit the car next to me which scratches his door. Bike ran away but car stayed. Am i still liable for the car damage eventhough its not my fault? Also car has a build in camera
