Motorcycle hit my car from the back. Got out to settle it and then the other party said he wanted to settle privately (told me to talk to his uncle) but I said no and that I wanted to settle it by the insurance company. Immediately he changed his story and said if settle by insurance then he want ambulance since he’s not feeling too well. Idk - am I supposed to make a police report cause I feel like he saying that he’s injured if claiming insurance and that he’s not injured if this is settled privately. What should I do?
