Hi, I had a minor scrap with another car at a multistorey carpark and the owner was gone when I went back to leave a note. What can I do to get in touch with the other owner to settle the incident privately? Thanks.

Hi Anthony, even if you have the carplate you can't find the owner as their privacy is protected. In the future you could put sticky notes in your car so that if you find his car again you can leave a note next time.
