My bike COE will be due in July 2023. Do not have plans to renew. Is it better to scrap or export the bike? Typically, I think that scrap will be basically no monetary involved. Just need to deregister and send to the scrapyard. Not too sure about the procedures of exporting the bike to dealers.

I was recently driving on Cecil Street, turning onto Collyer Quay. there is a b-signal at that junction, and I pulled off along with the bus beside me as I may have mistook the green B-signal as a green light. I don't recall seeing any flash going off, but may I know where i can check if I was penalized for this action?
