I was recently driving on Cecil Street, turning onto Collyer Quay. there is a b-signal at that junction, and I pulled off along with the bus beside me as I may have mistook the green B-signal as a green light. I don't recall seeing any flash going off, but may I know where i can check if I was penalized for this action?
