I currently have a car with road tax expiring at the end of September. My new car is estimated to be delivered in August, but the transaction is not yet complete. Between now and the completion of the new car purchase/old car handover, can I: - Skip the car inspection required for road tax renewal? - Not renew the road tax? - Not renew the car insurance?
