Hi Jessi, this depends on the category of your vehicle.
If it is under category E, you are able to sell if after 3 months.
However, If it is under category A or B, there will be levy charge incurred by LTA if you decide to sell it after 3 months.
The recommended safe period to sell is strictly 6 months after new car registration. (:
