Woodlands Checkpoint Expansion: 9 Blocks in Marsiling to be Acquired
The Immigration and Checkpoint Authority (ICA) announced on Thursday their plans for further expansion of the Woodlands Checkpoint, this time making strides into the Marsiling Crescent/Lane area.
In 2017, the ICA announced expansion into the Old Woodlands Town Centre. This latest development is a response to a predicted increase in traffic volume of up to 40 percent by 2050. Currently, the volume of traffic at the land checkpoint is at about 90 percent of what it was pre-pandemic and this figure is expected to return to usual levels of about 300,000 daily travellers in the near future.

Here's Why The Suzuki Jimny Is Idolised As A Cult Classic!
As petrolheads, there will definitely be at least one vehicle which you just simply adore.
For me, one such car is the Suzuki Jimny. When it first launched back in 2018 I fell in love instantly, as did many other petrolheads. The whole 'I want one please’ thought process tends to happen about three seconds after clapping eyes on the Jimny. Or at least that's from my personal experience.
Ever wondered why Sean likes the Jimny so much? Click here to read about how he got on in the Jimny!
mReview: 2022 Nissan Qashqai - Upmarket Glow Up
Other names in the Nissan range are much easier to read out. Sunny, Note, Leaf. But, I’m pretty sure most Singaporeans cannot agree on how to pronounce the word “Qashqai”.
The name of the Qashqai sure is an oddity, but what isn’t odd is the new 3rd generation model Nissan has packaged.
The Qashqai has always been a popular model due to its size, power and usability. It’s a front runner in the compact crossover segment. Your aunty probably has one.
Therefore, this latest iteration has frankly a bit of a reputation to live up to. Does it have more than enough charm to attract potential buyers?

mReview: Alfa Romeo Giulia Veloce - Italian Pantomime and PizzazzThe Italians are naturals when curating a car that is drop-dead gorgeous, but has Alfa Romeo finally delivered a sedan that can be recommended without caveats?
Ask any non-car enthusiast on the street about one Italian car brand they know, and chances are most of them would reply either "Ferrari" or "Fiat". Most of them may not even know the terms "Alfa" and "Romeo", and I don't blame them.
But will the latest crop of Alfa cars change that reputation? Read this, and we'll leave you to formulate your own opinions!
The SEAT ATECA an unassuming upgrade! | mReview
This SEAT Ateca might not promise the most exhilarating driving experience for most drivers however, it's a pretty safe bet if you're looking for a family car. It is fuel efficient at 16.1km per litre and it is unassumingly spacious for how it looks. It is akin to a revamped SEAT Arona with newer tech features and elevated performance levels.
