I recently purchased a used motorcycle with an aftermarket exhaust. The exhaust certificate is tied to the bike's registration number, but the previous owner decided to retain their number. As a result, I’ll be getting a new registration number for the bike. Do I need to have the exhaust recertified since it now has a new registration number?
