Once the purchase order (PO) is signed by both parties, it is considered a legally binding agreement.

The dealer generally cannot change the agreed price unless both parties agree to amend the terms.

However, exceptions might apply if:

There are hidden issues with the car that were not disclosed

The PO includes clauses allowing for price adjustments

The dealer hasn’t completed the vehicle inspection yet
