Was supposed to turn right into expressway and i was already in that lane. But arrow was turning amber so i stopprd in time. Then i realised there was heavy jam if i turn right. So i checked behind and the roads and lanes were clear. Mine was the only car and i slowly reversed and went into d next lane on my left so i could go straight. The camera that was opposite my car flashed once. Is this an offence?
