The Singapore Motorshow is back again with its sixth edition in 2020. Here’s everything you need to know about this prestigious motoring event!

Probably one of the most anticipated motoring event in Singapore, the Motorshow is guaranteed to knock the socks off every driver! Even if you’re not a car enthusiast, being around hundreds of brand-new cars is definitely going to get your blood pumping.

Let’s take a look at what goes on at the Motorshow!

What Can I Expect?

This year’s Motorshow boasts over 30 automotive brands, with several new and facelifted models on display. Expanding over three levels, you’ll be on your feet for hours gawking at all the shiny new cars.

From newer names like MG to crowd favourites such as BMW, the Motorshow is the best place for drivers to check out new launches and hunt for great deals. You’ll also be able to see many more electric vehicles (EV) this year!

Not a car person? You won’t be disappointed! Motorbikes will be on display as well, including several models from Harley Davidson and Ducati.

Where and When is the Show Taking Place?

The Singapore Motorshow 2020 will be held at Suntec Singapore, Levels 4 and 6. It runs from 9 to 12 January 2020, and the tickets are fairly priced!

Ticket sales will be available at Suntec Singapore Level 3 concourse area during the show timings. Be sure to grab them ASAP as they’ll end 30 minutes before closing time! Children below 120cm will be granted free admission into the area.

Firstly, every person who purchases a ticket to the show is eligible for the lucky draw. The prize? A brand-new Subaru XV 2.0i-S EyeSight! All you have to do is fill up your particulars and answer a question on the back of your admission ticket and drop it into the lucky draw box located at Level 6.

Second on the list, Russ Swift is back by popular demand! Collaborating with Subaru, this legend is definitely going to take your breath away with his driving skills. Did you know he also holds the Guinness World Record for parallel parking in the tightest space? You’ll be able to see him do this at the stunt show!

Entry wristbands for the stunt show can be collected at the Stunt Show counter located at Level 6 one hour before each show begins. It really is an amazing experience, so we recommend you grab those tickets as they’re on a first-come-first-served basis!

Of course, the Singapore Motorshow would have to show off new cars launching in 2020! Here’s a quick rundown of several new car models being released this year:

Audi e-tron

The JCW Countryman also has up to 1390 litres of luggage space, making it a must-get for MINI fans.

Peugeot 2008 GT line

Don’t let the ‘2008’ in the name confuse you; Peugeot is releasing an SUV in 2020!
