Motorists will pay less for ERP at five gantry locations during the June school holidays
Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) rates at the specified gantries will be lower from 2 June to 29 June 2025, in certain time slots of the morning rush hour.
The temporarily “cheaper” ERP gantries are located at: Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE eastbound, before Alexandra Road exit); Pan-Island Expressway (PIE eastbound, between Adam Road & Mount Pleasant Road); Central Expressway (CTE southbound, with the connecting Pan-Island Expressway slip road and before Braddell Road exit); and PIE westbound, before Eunos Link exit.
The reduction in applicable ERP rates for passenger cars is only one dollar, but this effectively makes it a free pass for those operational ERP morning periods which normally charge $1.
They are the 8:00am to 8:30am period on AYE towards the city, and the 7:30am to 8:00am period & 9:00am to 9:30am period on PIE towards Jurong, before Eunos Link.
LTA (Land Transport Authority) will reinstate the original ERP rates at the nine gantries on 30 June 2025, which might be a manic Monday on the road with the school holidays over and all.
