November 2026 COE Results 1st Bidding: Category A was supercharged to an all-time high of $139,001 while Cat B and Cat E stayed stubbornly above $130k
In the first COE bidding exercise of November 2026, Cat A closed at $139,001; Cat B closed at $132,334; Cat C closed at $92,000; Cat D closed at $10,689; while Cat E closed at $135,998.
Cat A (car up to 1600cc & 130bhp, and EV with up to 110kW) received 2,018 bids for 1,189 COEs and its premium climbed by $6,997. Category A COE closed at $139,001.
Cat B (car above 1600cc or 130bhp, and EV with more than 110kW) received 1,163 bids for 959 COEs and its premium climbed by $433. Category B COE closed at $132,334.
Cat C (goods vehicle and bus) received 451 bids for 315 COEs and its premium decreased by $200. Category C COE closed at exactly $92,000.
Cat D (motorcycle) received 584 bids for 509 COEs and its premium decreased by $89. Category D COE closed at $10,689.
Lastly, Cat E (all vehicles except motorcycle) received 506 bids for 287 COEs and its premium climbed by $208. Category E COE closed at $135,998.
