Hi! On July 25, 2024, I accidentally hit the rear right bumper of a Trans Cab car, causing some damage. My company car was not damaged. The Trans Cab driver took pictures of the damage, my permit, my driver’s license, and my contact number. I asked her to call the police, but she said she would first report the incident to her company and inform me afterward.
The next day, I contacted her, and she said she had reported the incident to her company for insurance purposes. I suggested settling the matter privately. However, three days have passed, and neither the insurance company nor her company has contacted me. I am concerned about what to do next. Can you advise me on what to do?
