I have been trying to apply for VEP for the longest time. I have provided all the documents they ask for but they now want the document to prove my vehicle ownership which I find it ironical. The Insurance Certificate I provided together with my other documents could have proved my ownership but they said I should download the document from One Motoring but I could not find it. May I know where can I find this document in One Motoring please? Thank You!

I've met all the requirements for converting my foreign driving license, including passing the Basic Theory Test (BTT). However, the system requires a valid Employment Pass not expiring within the next 12 months, and mine expires in 9-10 months. Can I still use my passed BTT during this waiting period?
