Hi, I paid $1K to a used car dealer for a used car. I have not sign the sales agreement and decided not to proceed with the deal, will the deposit paid be refunded?

Hi De Rek Boey! Generally, there should be an agreement signed when paying a deposit. However, in this case, if there was no agreement signed it will now depend on the arrangement made between you and the dealer during the time of transaction. I suggest to verify this matter directly with the dealership.
