I've met all the requirements for converting my foreign driving license, including passing the Basic Theory Test (BTT). However, the system requires a valid Employment Pass not expiring within the next 12 months, and mine expires in 9-10 months. Can I still use my passed BTT during this waiting period? Also, are there any ways to expedite the conversion process?

I have been trying to apply for VEP for the longest time. I have provided all the documents they ask for but they now want the document to prove my vehicle ownership which I find it ironical. The Insurance Certificate I provided together with my other documents could have proved my ownership but they said I should download the document from One Motoring but I could not find it.
