Please approach the staff stationed at the LTA office at the Checkpoints to verify if the card is faulty. If the card is faulty, you are required to purchase a new Autopass card. You can put up for refund for your faulty Autopass card at the Checkpoints. LTA will refund of balance of your faulty Autopass card by sending a cheque to your preferred address.
