It will not expire unless you reapply for a new pin or terminate the current pin via LTA.

It is highly recommended for you to apply for a Transaction PIN only when you are ready to sell or scrap/de-register your vehicle. This is to prevent any misuse and also losing the PIN.

Do note that the Transaction PIN is only available for a ONE time usage and expires immediately upon successful transaction.
