Hi Ong Wee Heng! To request a refund for your CashCard, you may follow the steps below:
Immediate Refund via any local bank ATM (DBS/POSB, OCBC, UOB):
1. Insert your ATM card
2. Enter your PIN
3. Select More Services > CashCard Options
4. Choose Refund
5. The ATM will eject your ATM card
6. Insert your CashCard and confirm the refund
7. The ATM will process the request and return your CashCard once done
If your CashCard cannot be read by the ATM:
You can request a manual refund by obtaining and completing the CashCard Refund Form available at any DBS/POSB, UOB, or OCBC branch.
