I recently changed motorbikes, but I may have committed a traffic offense on my previous bike. I haven’t received any notice for months since the incident. If I did commit an offense, will the notice still be sent to me despite switching to a new bike? Will it also show on the TP website?

Hi Badrul Tan! If a traffic offense was committed on the previous bike, the notice will still be sent to the registered address at the time of the offense, regardless of the vehicle change. The notice is tied to the rider, not the bike, so it will still reach the owner.
The offense should also appear on the TP website under the owner's name or NRIC, even after changing vehicles.
