Hi Maoo! Singapore citizens, Permanent Residents and holders of passes issued by ICA and MOM are not allowed to keep and use a foreign-registered vehicle in Singapore. An exception is made for certain MOM work pass holders who do not reside in Singapore. For more information, please visit the Land Transport Authority website: https://onemotoring.lta.gov.sg/content/onemotoring/home/driving/entering_and_exiting_singapore/cars-and-motorcycles-registered-in-malaysia.html
