Can a Malaysian on social visit pass drive a singapore registered vehicle (Rental car) with a malaysia national licence?

Hi Maverick Shaw, thank you for your question. Singapore does not recognize a foreign driving licence from other countries unless accompanied by an International Driver’s Permit.
A foreigner must apply for an International Driver’s Permit (IDP), just like a foreign driving licence, the IDP must contain information such as the driver's details and a photo.
