Hi, I lost my Autopass card in Singapore ,done with the police report and I paid the penalty of $10sgd at the checkpoint. Anyone know how to ask for refund? It is a new card and I have topped up $100sgd into it. I plan to apply a new card, is it possible to transfer the credit balance into my new autopass card? I have called LTA Johor many times but cant get through.

Hi Jen Jen! If your Autopass Card is lost or stolen, you are required to report the loss of your Autopass Card to LTA and submit your police report and vehicle information via LTA's online feedback form.: https://www.lta.gov.sg/content/ltagov/en/contact_us.html
