What is the procedure to request for no parking lines (double yellow lines) at the back lane of the shop houses? Thank you.

Hi Beng, thank you for leaving a question. Unfortunately, there is no such procedure. Double yellow lines mean that cannot wait at any time, even if there are no signs. Double yellow lines or stripes mean no waiting or loading at any times.
