Hi Calvin! IU number is a 10-digit number located on a sticker on your in-vehicle unit.
It can also be found in your vehicle’s log card, which can be accessed via the One Motoring website by logging in with your SingPass here: https://onemotoring.lta.gov.sg/content/onemotoring/home.html
