Hi Shugumaran Gopal, you can purchase a new EZ-Link Card from
1) TransitLink Ticket Offices and Concession Card Replacement Offices located at MRT stations and bus interchanges.
2) Passenger Service Centres within most MRT stations.
3) 7-Eleven stores
