You are not required to apply for e-day license for your Off-Peak / Revised Off-Peak car, as you would have a copy of the purchase agreement when the buyer / dealer drives off with it before completing the Transfer of Ownership form. However, you might want to double check again with the buyer / dealer during the meet up!
