Hi Farek, thanks for your question. Unfortunately, you cannot transfer a retained VRN to a vehicle you do not own (if it's a company vehicle).
If you wish to transfer the VRN, the vehicle has to be first registered under your name, before converting it to the Z10/11 vehicle class.
