PML OneGo app adds EV charging across Singapore and Malaysia

Performance Motors Limited (PML) has integrated Charge+ EV charging and payment services into its OneGo app, allowing drivers to locate chargers, manage charging sessions and pay directly through the platform.

The move makes PML the first automotive dealership in Singapore to integrate third-party EV charging and payment capabilities into its customer platform, with access to Charge+'s network across Singapore and Malaysia.

Available now, the OneGo by Sime Motors app allows EV drivers to:

- Locate Charge+ charging stations across Singapore and Malaysia.

- Start and stop charging sessions.

- Monitor charging progress in real time.

- Pay for charging directly through the app.

Charging sessions are billed to the credit card linked to OneGo, removing the need to purchase or top up pre-stored charging credits. Users will also be able to access and download charging activity and transaction records.

PML says the integration addresses a common challenge for EV drivers: managing multiple charging apps, accounts and payment methods across different networks.

Existing Sime Motors Singapore customers with registered vehicle information can access the charging feature immediately. Other EV owners can create a free OneGo account and register their vehicle through Singpass or by submitting their vehicle details in the app.

PML's latest development comes as Motorist prepares to introduce its own EV charging function integrated with Voltality. This update will bring charging-related services by SP Mobility, G Tech, Alpina, CDG Energy, Busways, EV Mobility, MNL Asia into the Motorist super app by the end of 2026.

With Singapore's growing EV ecosystem, the integration of charging discovery and payment into automotive platforms could become an increasingly relevant part of the ownership experience.
