ASEAN Public Service Vehicle Permit (PSVP)

Starting today, 10 February 2020, LTA has launched a new digital service for owners of public service vehicles, such as buses and taxis, that are registered in ASEAN countries.

This new initiative will allow public service vehicle owners to do more things online, such as use digital services currently available for foreign-registered vehicles:

  • Online application of VEP/Autopass Cards for foreign-registered cars and motorcycles
  • Online application of Goods Vehicle Permits/Autopass Cards for ASEAN-registered good vehicles
  • Online updating of vehicle records for foreign-registered cars and motorcycles

These vehicle owners will also have greater convenience when online payment for and delivery of VEP/Autopass Cards are made available.

Application for the PSVP can be made via the One Motoring website.
