Cheapest Parking in Orchard (2019 Edition)

Orchard Road, it is the premier shopping district in Singapore. Thus, it stands to reason that parking there is expensive. But, that doesn't necessarily have to be true.
If you are willing to walk a little from your preferred mall (many of the more popular malls on Orchard Road like Paragon and Ngee Ann City aren’t listed here), here is a list of the cheapest parking rates you can get on the shopping belt.
We have divided this list into four sections, before 5/6pm on weekdays, after 5/6pm on weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays/Public Holidays. The places are listed from most affordable downwards to the best of our estimations of the average shopper.
