November 2018 COE Results 2nd Bidding: Quota Premiums End Lower in Latest Tender

In the 2nd bidding exercise for November 2018, COE results ended mostly lower across the board. The premiums for Cat A and B are $25,000 and $31,101 respectively, while Cat E closed at $30,959.

With 2,231 bids received, the Quota Premium (QP) for Cat A (Cars up to 1600CC & 97KW) went down by $3,199, from $28,199 to $25,000.

For Cat B (Cars above 1600CC or 97KW), with 1,786 bids received, the QP for Cat B dropped by $1,201, from $32,302 to $31,101.

In similar fashion, Cat C (Goods Vehicle & Bus) also saw a decrease in prices. It closed at $27,509, from $29,501 — a $1,992 decrease from the previous exercise.

The only increment came from Cat D (Motorcycles). Ending $480 higher than the previous exercise, the QP for Motorcycle closed at $2,989. This amount was previously $2,509.

Lastly, for Cat E (Open category), with 930 bids received, it fell by $1,041, from $32,000 to $30,959.
