School’s out, fun’s in! If you are looking for somewhere to expend your children’s energy during the school holidays, these five indoor playgrounds are perfect for you.

For today’s mGuides, we are visiting five indoor playgrounds with facilities that will entertain your children during the holidays. With their energy spent, you will be able to enjoy some time to yourself when you’re back home.

Tayo Station

Conveniently located in Downtown East, Tayo Station is an indoor playground themed after the children’s animation show ‘Tayo the Little Bus.’ 

Akin to the animation, the indoor playground features the bus Tayo and his friends. Tayo Station boasts a ball pit, a sand pit, a playground, party rooms, and even a road circuit. All these are contained within a large 10,000 sq. ft area, meaning that your children can have endless fun without feeling claustrophobic. Entrance fees for one adult and one child are $26 for two hours and $32 for three hours. It’ll cost you an additional $10 for a child less than nine months old and $8 for one more adult.

HomeTeamNS T-Play Khatib

One of two indoor playgrounds by HomeTeamNS, T-Play Khatib is an indoor playground in Yishun that stands out for its distinctive Peranakan theme.

Created in partnership with The Intan, a Peranakan Home Museum, T-Play Khatib is designed to feature interesting aspects of the Peranakan culture. From a climbing slide tower that resembles the iconic ‘dragon slides’ of old Singaporean playgrounds, to a sports pitch to play futsal, there are many physical activities for children to experience. Entry for the public is $20.19 from Tuesday to Thursday, and $25.23 for Friday to Sunday and during holidays.

Kiztopia Club @ Punggol

Perfect for children who love nature, Kiztopia Club @ Punggol’s safari theme brings the wilderness to an indoor playground.

Equipped with facilities such as roleplay rooms and obstacle courses, there are daily activities for children looking to have fun. If you’re planning a birthday party, Kiztopia Club @ Punggol also has a proper restaurant and event spaces for such special occasions. Activities such as painting and puzzles are also available for groups. Admission for one hour is $19.80 for one child and one adult, with an additional adult costing $10. If you visit anytime after 6 pm from Monday to Thursday, you’ll be able to get two hours for just $20.90.

Pirate Land

What makes Pirate Land stand out is that it has Virtual Reality (VR) equipment, bringing another level of play and learning to children who visit.

For younger children, attractions such as a bouncing house and a jungle gym await. There are also simulated environments, such as Toy Bricks Street and Kitchen Square for roleplaying fun. Older children will enjoy the VR equipment at Pirate Land, with VR shooting games and escape rooms available. A ticket for one child and one adult is $28.90 for two hours on weekends and unlimited time on weekdays. An additional adult will cost $5.

Pororo Park Singapore

If your children are fans of the South Korean animation ‘Pororo the Little Penguin’, this indoor playground is perfect for them.

Brought to you by the same team behind Tayo Station, Pororo Park is an indoor playground based on the animated penguin, Pororo, and his friends. There are many fun activities, from the Hinoki Pit to the star attraction, the Pororo Express Train. Live shows with Pororo & Friends also take place, with meet and greet sessions available. Entrance fees for one adult and one child are $38 for two hours and $45 for three hours. It’ll cost you an additional $10 for a child less than nine months old or one more adult.
