Please consider when signing up of membership. Used to be the best, but don鈥檛 think it is now. Love supporting brother Adib, but I don鈥檛 think the service that your guys providing are right. I texted you, and not much of a response. And I personally feel it is not right.

Been a VIP membership since the very first day the shop soft launch in Yishun (30/12). It鈥檚 been a good experience till date. Shop is not willing to do a proper wipedown leaving lots of water stain, previously the washer willingly to wipe down with my GYEON sealant. But unfortunately today to my surprise, they refuse to do a wipe down for me, saying that it is difficult and very time consuming. Booked appointment like never book appointment, long waiting time. Please do note that Northpoint bizhub carpark is not cheap.
