Anyone witnesses or have the dashcam footage of a Red Bike ridden by an RSAF personnel? He was involved in a hit & run accident with a Black Lancer EX during a standstill at Mandai road, just after the Singapore Zoo junction towards BKE. It happened between 7.30 to 7.45 am on 4/02/2020.

What happens once my COE ends? It's been renewed 5 years before so no more rebates/extensions. Do I have to declare anything (like car is scrapped)? I plan to self scrap it for spare parts.
