Light drizzled unable to brake on time and went through a red light camera got flashed twice, but manage to stop after second flash at pedestrians crossing dotted line. I have video proof that I actually stopped any chances I can appeal for this???

Drove from PIE near stevens/ Eng Neo Ave., was driving about 80+km/h and before I pass by the speed camera (a few distance away) I saw a flash straight infront of my eyes, not sure if it's the vehicle infront, or mine as I haven't pass by the speed camera, when I pass by the speed camera no flashes.

Hi I am from PUB managing PUB commercial fleet. I have an enquiry on the guideline of pasting sticker advertisements. We have a FIAT Ducato vehicle which has side windows on both sides.
