I let my friend do the car scrap and help me to do export on the 27/09/2017. Till now there is no respond from the exporter. I asked my friend which company it is. He didn't want to answer me. What should i do about it?

The vehicle is no longer under your ownership, I assume you have receive full payment for your vehicle? There is nothing to worry about thereafter. If you haven't receive payment, then something is wrong. You should make a police report.
