Hi Elvis, thank you for your question! You can use Driver’s Connect through the Motorist App to chat with another driver, but please note that this only works if the other driver’s car plate is registered in the Motorist App.
To use it:
Open the Motorist App
Tap Home
Tap Show More
Select Driver’s Connect
