Hi there! To cancel your VEP after selling your car, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to the official VEP Portal: https://vep.jpj.gov.my/#!/

2. Go to “My Vehicles” and select the vehicle you’ve sold.

3. Request for deactivation or cancellation of the VEP.

4. Upload proof of sale or deregistration documents (e.g., LTA transfer papers).

5. Submit your request and wait for confirmation from JPJ.
