You can retrieve your e-letter of Ownership Transfer by:

1. Logging into One Motoring website: https://onemotoring.lta.gov.sg/content/onemotoring/home.html

2. Select "eLetter Inbox"

3. Search for "Notice On Transfer of Ownership"

However, for vehicles that have been transferred > 3 years ago, you will need to purchase the vehicle ownership record from One Motoring.
