Hi, I try to apply for VEP tag, but the screen show that my ewallet is inactive. Please advice

Hi Micheal,

- Download & Open the Touch 'n Go eWallet app.

- Go to Profile > Account Verification.

- Complete eKYC (ID + selfie verification).

- Once verified (you’ll see a “Verified” badge), log in to VEP Portal.

- Link your eWallet under Payment Settings.

- Once done, your eWallet should show as active for VEP payments.

- If it still doesn't work, contact VEP support at +65 6227 2200 (Singapore hotline).
