Hi, according to LTA website, you may request online.

Majority of appeals are rejected. Only appeal if you have a valid reason, such as a medical emergency and your appeal should be supported with relevant documents. Appeals which do not meet these criteria will be rejected.

If you do not meet these criteria, please proceed to pay your fine at www.onemotoring.lta.gov.sg > Digital Services > Pay LTA Fines and Fees.

You can appeal online via LTA’s ‘Submit an Appeal’ digital service at www.onemotoring.lta.gov.sg > Digital Services > Submit an Appeal for Roads & Traffic offences such as ERP/illegal parking/bus lane violation/Rapid Transit System Act/PMD use on roads etc.
