How do I get an LTA letter showing my old vehicle, which is sold, and I am no longer the owner of this vehicle SKT7051X? I need to deregister this in VEP to reapply for my new vehicle?

Hi Jason Choo! If the vehicle is still registered for VEP under the previous owner, it will need to be deregistered first. You can submit a deregistration request here: https://vepams.jpj.gov.my/.
