It seems there’s still an issue with Malaysia VEP, especially for those who have changed their car after previously registering with their old vehicle. Now, they’re unable to proceed with the new registration at all. How to fix this?

You may send the request to JPJ at [email protected] with the following supporting documents and they will assist you accordingly.
1. NRIC card as per registered in the VEP Portal
2. Registration document issued by LTA
3. Notification on Transfer of Ownership issued by LTA.
*Supporting document need to be provided into 3 separated documents in PDF format.
