Is there any grace period to keep/use the car once its COE has expired, and can't be renewed anymore?

Hi Justin, thank you for your question. You must renew your vehicle’s COE before it expires. Otherwise, the vehicle must be deregistered and disposed of. Do note that it is illegal to drive a car without a valid COE.
