How many demerit points and fines will be given for an accident happened between a car who went U-turn and a motorbike who drove straight? Will the license be suspended? The rider has minor injuries but was also sent to the hospital.

Hi Cabbieallan Lim, thank you for your question. Whether or not there was a fine and demerit point awarded, the driver will only be able to know it within 5 to 7 business days. A fine letter will be sent to the driver to notify about it.
